I keep deciding that gluten-free eating isn’t really working, but every time I have a flare up I can directly link it to accidental gluten intake… so I don’t think I can make that call at all right now. I’m working hard to be more careful and get rid of the gluten slip-ups so I can judge for sure. Overall, I really do feel like it’s working.
In other news, I’m still sidelined with this hernia. I won’t be able to see my doctor until the week after this one, and I’ve been instructed to avoid all exercise until then. It’s more than frustrating, and it’s causing me to eat my feelings, which is only making things worse.
