Creamsicle Chia Protein PuddingYou guys? I finally understand chia seeds… thanks to pudding.

I mixed:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla soy protein powder
- 4 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp orange extract

I stirred it really well to break up the powder, then let it sit in the fridge for about two hours.

It. Was. Awesome. Seriously. So good. I loved the flavor, and the texture was fun instead of weird. If you’ve got texture issues, this might not be for you, but it was a perfect filling snack. I’ll be having this a lot more often, if I can find a protein powder with no sugar added…
