I have an important announcement.
THIS MORNING I CRUSHED DAY 2 OF C25K.
So, you know… no big deal. (huge freaking deal)
I feel… so proud of myself. I’m still super SUPER scared about running for 20 minutes on Saturday/Sunday, but I’m excited too. Maybe I can do it???
In nutrition news, one of my best friends just found out that thanks to some health issues, she’s basically got to cut all fat out of her diet. In an attempt to help her out as much as possible, I’m going to try and cut a lot of fat and sugar from my diet as well. I didn’t do very well today thanks to a working lunch, but I’m determined to pull it together. It will help me too, to be eating less sugar and better fats. And so, just in time for the fall (my favorite season EVER) I’m revamping.
