…with a little help from my friends… (a comment on my last post)
You know, the older I get the more I see that body size and health are not as strongly correlated as we are constantly told. When you are so very active, and eating lots of good whole foods, THAT is the success. I mean, I get it. I get why it doesn’t always feel that way. But I totally view you as a role model and consider you one of the healthier people I know because you are always challenging your body, are super active, and think about what you put in your body. How is that not worth a ton more than a short term weight loss?
