I finished Catching Fire today, less than two days after I started it. It started off much better than Hunger Games for me, and I was intrigued throughout. As predicted by friends, I was frustrated with the ending, but I’m picking up Mockingjay this afternoon and reading it this week.

I got back to the gym this morning after several days off. I forget how good for me it is, body and mind, to go as often as possible. It cuts way down on my antsy, cranky moments and even cuts back on how much coffee I drink. I may go again tomorrow, since my plan was to not go on the weekends but lately I’ve been struggling to make it four days during the week even though my goal is five.

I had a great morning. Aaron and his dad are busy with the sort of home repairs it takes two skilled people to do, so I spent the morning at the Calvert Marine Museum with a friend and her son. The kids had a wonderful time, so we did too. It was great to relax and do something fun with them.
